LUSH¹ is a duet that is performed on two poles standing far away from each other yet the performance takes place in sync. The choreography is bringing both of the performers together in the middle of the room, to then change the locations and do the same synced sequence again

It’s a piece about sensitivity in space and distance, the meaning of proximity and togetherness. The inspiration of this piece lies in the felt qualities of latex, it’s stickiness and tightness. Together, we explored how to have both latex which is soft and flexible in essence, and chrome pole which is rigid and hard, influence us in their unique ways and guide us to find a balance between the two qualities.
